Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking an experienced professional to become a CEO-searcher under the OLBO program in Spain. You will spearhead a 24-month search to acquire one SME, then lead the company as CEO with support from our Investment Management team and a valuable incentive package including vested shares.

Candidates should have 15+ years of senior experience, an MBA, and fluency in English and Spanish, plus a track record of growing businesses in Spain.

Qualifications

• 15+ years professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record of running and growing businesses or business units in Spain.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive; sector experience in Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled, or Distribution & Logistics.

Responsabilités

• Establish a search process to identify potential acquisitions aligned with predefined criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from our Investment Management team.
• Assume the CEO role of the acquired business and lead integration.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans for growth.
• Drive top-line growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings, portfolio, and brand positioning to close gaps.
• Lead geographic expansion and market-entry strategies when needed.
• Ensure profitability and operational efficiency of the business.
