Zoi in Spain seeks a client-facing strategist to bridge customers' worlds with AI-driven transformations. You will deeply connect with stakeholders to uncover needs, guide deployment strategies, and lead Google Workspace migrations.

You will help clients advance toward an agentic enterprise by introducing Gemini Enterprise capabilities, Enterprise Knowledge foundations (RAG), and customized AI agent strategies, collaborating across international teams.

Formación

• Elite querying and listening skills to uncover customer pain points.
• Hands-on engineering background with Google Workspace rollouts and migrations.
• Strong enthusiasm for generative AI tools deployed securely within an enterprise.
• Fluent English (C1); German or Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Uncovering True Customer Needs: Actively engaging with stakeholders and using your exceptional questioning skills to dig past the surface, pinpoint exact operational pain points, and accurately engineer client requirements.
• Providing Expert Advisory: Serving as a trusted consultant to guide enterprise clients through deployment strategies, standard frameworks, and cloud infrastructure best practices across diverse company environments.
• Architecting the Blueprint: Leveraging your profound technical knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem to design and lead seamless implementation and migration journeys.
• Accelerating Innovation: Helping clients transition toward an "Agentic Enterprise" by introducing them to Gemini Enterprise capabilities, Enterprise Knowledge foundations (RAG), and customized AI agent strategies.

• Master of Consulting & Discovery: You possess elite querying and listening skills that allow you to understand customer pain points effortlessly, paired with a natural consulting mindset capable of managing complex customer relations.


• Google Workspace Authority: You bring an extensive, hands-on engineering background specifically focused on Google Workspace technical rollouts and ecosystem migrations.


• Passionate about GenAI Evolution: You maintain a genuine, self-driven enthusiasm for generative AI tools and love exploring how they can be securely and practically deployed within an enterprise tenant to make a business more agentic.


• Globally Minded Communicator: You possess full professional working proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) to collaborate across our international teams. Fluency in German or Spanish is a great advantage to have.
