N26 is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to lead proactive security efforts, protect customer data, and collaborate across Platform and Data teams. You will design and deploy cloud-native security solutions, drive threat assessment, and guide incident response for our AWS-based infrastructure.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration, hands-on security tooling, and a proactive security posture across cloud deployments. We offer mobility within Europe and visa support for relocation.

Formación

• Master's degree in cybersecurity or related field or Bachelor's in CS with advanced security certification.
• Experience securing AWS cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, containers and Linux systems.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Cloud Infrastructure Security function roadmap with Product Manager, Tech Lead and Engineering Manager.
• Own initiatives to identify and mitigate security threats within AWS infrastructure.
• Design, deploy and maintain cloud-native security solutions with data protection, threat detection and automated controls.
• Conduct threat modeling sessions and assess security threats with stakeholders.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and perform ongoing risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Define pentesting scope and scenarios; lead security incidents on-call rotation.
