Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our project team in Madrid. You will provide administrative and technical support, coordinate trial activities, and serve as a study lead when needed.

You will train new staff during onboarding and contribute to process improvements across departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of clinical trial regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years in clinical trials or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating multiple trial activities and maintaining study documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate trial activities per task matrix.
• Review department, country and investigator files and document findings.
• Ensure tasks are on time, within budget, and of high quality; flag risks to leads.
• Maintain study documentation and systems like eTMF and related trackers.
• Provide system support (GoBalto and eTMF) and RBM activities as needed.
• Assist with meeting organization and minutes; translate materials if required.
