Alignerr is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist to bring senior-level rigor to AI-driven biomedical research. You will design and review protocols for regulator-ready datasets used to train and evaluate AI systems, ensuring alignment with FDA/EMA expectations and good clinical practice.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week) and the chance to shape how AI models reason about clinical evidence across projects, collaborating with leading AI

Formación

• Senior clinical scientist with hands-on experience designing and reviewing regulatory-submission protocols.
• Experience interpreting clinical data for regulatory agencies (FDA/EMA) and global submissions.
• Knowledge of biostatistics and translational science in a biomedical context.

Responsabilidades

• Design and review protocols for regulator-ready AI training datasets.
• Interpret and audit clinical trial results for regulatory relevance.
• Evaluate AI-generated analyses for scientific soundness and regulatory alignment.
• Identify gaps and weaknesses in AI model reasoning about trial methods.
• Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI understanding of clinical evidence.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
