Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. You will review security policies, assess risk, and contribute to audit-style documentation while shaping how AI understands compliance and risk in real organizations.

• Detail-oriented with precise written reasoning.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks.

About The Role

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
• Classify and evaluate real-world compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
• Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems
• Apply your professional judgment to identify nuanced gaps, misclassifications, and edge cases

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
• Solid familiarity with one or more frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar
• Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit-style documentation
• Detail-oriented with precise, well-structured written reasoning
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk management
• Experience writing or reviewing security control narratives or risk assessments
