Formación

• Experience with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
• Translate complex data into actionable scientific/clinical insights.
• Regulated environments require strong communication and data stewardship.

Responsabilidades

• Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms.
• Lead analytical strategies that convert complex datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support.
• Evaluate and improve how AI systems reason about genomic and clinical data, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve accuracy and rigor.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and clear communication of results.
• Apply domain expertise to assess the quality and trustworthiness of AI outputs in healthcare contexts.
