Alignerr is seeking Health Informatics Analysts to bring clinical data expertise to AI development. You’ll contribute to training models by evaluating AI outputs against EHR data and healthcare workflows, shaping how AI reasons about clinical information.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract with 10–40 hours per week, offering autonomy and collaboration with top research teams worldwide.

Formación

• Experience with healthcare data and EHR workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong written communication of findings.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR workflows, and clinical decision-making.
• Apply knowledge of health information systems to assess accuracy and real-world applicability.
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading outputs in AI responses involving clinical or administrative scenarios.
• Provide structured, expert feedback using clear rubrics and notes.
• Help train AI models to better understand and reason about healthcare environments.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
