TFS HealthScience invites a Freelance Clinical Database Programming Process Lead to join our CDS Group Management team. This 1.0 FTE role focuses on building a scalable DBP capability, defining governance, and guiding validation, testing and documentation across multiple EDC platforms.

Based remotely across the UK, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain or office-based in Sweden, you will lead audits readiness and competency development while mentoring DBP staff and ensuring high-quality delivery in a

Formación

• 5-10 years database programming experience in CRO/pharma/clinical research.
• Strong technical knowledge of DBP build, validation, edit checks and data transfer.
• Experience with major EDC/CDMS platforms across multiple systems.
• Knowledge of GxP expectations for clinical systems and validation.
• Experience developing SOPs, templates, and training materials.
• Ability to mentor DBP staff and work across units without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and sustain a scalable, high-quality DBP capability across TFS.
• Lead governance, risk tracking, and cross-BU escalation for DBP.
• Review SOPs, validation, testing, change control, and documentation.
• Prepare for audits and inspections where DBP expertise is required.
• Provide hands-on DBP support to protect delivery when needed.
• Build knowledge repositories and reusable standards for DBP.
