TFS HealthScience is seeking a Freelance Clinical Database Programming Process Lead (1.0 FTE) to work flexibly from home in the UK, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain or from our Sweden office. You will develop a scalable DBP capability, lead governance and risk management, and support audits and platform readiness across the organization.

The role requires extensive DBP experience, strong GxP understanding, and the ability to mentor staff while delivering high-quality, compliant database

Formación

• 5–10 years of database programming experience in CRO/pharma/clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of EDC/CDMS platforms and study setup.
• Understanding of GxP in clinical systems and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and sustain a scalable, high-quality DBP capability across the organization.
• Lead governance, risk assessment and roadmap for DBP improvement.
• Provide senior DBP escalation support and mentorship to staff.
• Support audits, inspections and validation activities related to DBP.
• Collaborate with cross-BU teams to ensure delivery of DBP projects.
