United-Biosource-Corporation is seeking a Clinical Project Director for Europe to lead and deliver complex evidence development programs across multi‑study projects. You will direct Project Managers, manage budgets, oversee governance, and ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP and global regulations while driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15 years in clinical research operations within CRO, pharma, device/diagnostics or biotech.
• 10+ years in project management or clinical operations oversight.
• Experience as Project Director or Director of Clinical Operations in a CRO preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
• Deep knowledge of ICH‑GCP and global regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with evidence development programmes and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams including PMs, operations and vendors.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and contract modifications.
• Manage client relationships and governance discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, patient safety, and protocol compliance across projects.
• Develop risk management plans and mitigation strategies for projects.
• Support business development and proposals; participate in client opportunities.
• Drive department process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration.
