TFS HealthScience is seeking a Freelance Clinical Database Programming Process Lead to drive a scalable, high-quality DBP capability across our global CRO operations. This home-based role supports UK, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain, or Sweden, with potential in Spain due to regional focus.

The role emphasizes governance, validation, change control, and maintenance of DBP standards, with hands-on support for complex issues and mentorship of DBP personnel across BU boundaries.

Formación

• 5-10 years database programming experience in CRO/pharma/clinical research environments.
• Strong knowledge of clinical database build, validation and data transfer processes.
• Experience with major EDC/CDMS platforms and multi-system work.
• Understanding of GxP expectations for clinical systems, validation and inspection readiness.
• Experience developing SOPs, templates, and training materials.
• Ability to mentor DBP staff and work across multiple business units.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and sustain scalable, high-quality DBP capabilities across TFS.
• Lead capability assessment, roadmap, and governance for DBP processes.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and inspection readiness across DBP activities.
• Provide senior DBP escalation support for high-risk issues.
• Contribute to onboarding, competency development and training of DBP personnel.
• Support commercial, proposal, and business inputs for DBP projects.
