NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Client Project Manager to lead concurrent projects, interfacing with stakeholders from concept to implementation and handing over to Operations. The role emphasizes delivering an as-sold solution on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

The candidate will manage risks, coordinate project teams, and supply clear communications. A strong track record in multinational professional services and PMP/ITIL credentials are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and/or project management or related field.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects.
• Engages with stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to final implementation.
• Ensures client satisfaction and manages escalations as the single point of contact.
• Keeps projects within baselined budget and delivered on time while maintaining quality.
• Manages project delivery with scope control and change management.
• Documents and manages risks and issues; communicates clearly to stakeholders.
• Supports pre-sales by scoping and costing project solutions and participating in tender presentations.
• Identifies opportunities and influences sales through business conversations with clients.
