Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Client Project Manager to lead concurrent client projects, ranging from standard to complex, interfacing with all stakeholders from concept to operations. This role focuses on delivering the as-sold solution on time and within budget while maintaining quality, managing risks, and coordinating project teams across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or project management or related field.
PMP certification is preferred/recommended.
ITIL certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead concurrent standard or complex projects.
Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to final implementation.
Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations as single client contact.
Deliver the project within baselined budget and on time while maintaining quality.
Document and manage risks and issues; coordinate project teams through delegation and resource assignment.
Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing a project solution and presenting to clients.
