Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Client Project Manager to lead concurrent client projects, interfacing with all stakeholders from concept to final implementation. You will manage scope, budget, quality and risk, ensuring client satisfaction and handling escalations, while coordinating cross-functional teams.

This hybrid role involves pre-sales support, business conversations with clients, and delivering projects on time with a sold solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or PM or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to final implementation.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations as single client contact.
• Manage scope, budget, quality and delivery timelines with change control.
• Document and manage risks and issues; communicate clearly to stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales by scoping and costing a project solution for proposals.
