Kraken is hiring a Senior Client Delivery Lead to support German GenerationFlex clients on onboarding and broader business transformation. You will bridge software and hardware, coordinate multiple teams, and guide onboarding journeys across European markets.

You will own client onboarding roadmaps, align with product, engineering, and commercial teams, and help unlock value through strategic reviews and workshops. Occasional travel and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience across software and hardware.
• Experience managing complex delivery pipelines, coordinating multiple teams and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Native or professional fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Occasional travel is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage stakeholders during initial client implementation, coordinate workstreams and provide updates.
• Act as regional expert for German/European energy markets, hardware/connectivity needs.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Kraken’s technology for onboarding.
• Enable strategic reviews and workshops with account managers; identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive internal process improvements to speed up onboarding and value delivery.
