Enverus is seeking a dynamic, EMEA-based Product Manager to lead Trading & Risk initiatives with a regional scope across Europe. You will work with engineering, sales, and marketing to turn market feedback into a strategic product roadmap and drive adoption in a fast-moving energy analytics environment.

The role requires 5+ years in energy trading, market risk, or data analysis, outstanding communication, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in energy trading, market risk, or data analysis.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Represent the voice of the customer across European Customers — gather market feedback, identify regional needs, and guide product roadmap priorities.
• Drive competitive analysis by segment and geography to inform positioning and product differentiation.
• Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and sales to execute commercial strategies.
• Lead or support the European Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and other user engagement forums.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Trading & Risk products and capabilities, with engineering leadership to establish priorities.
• Translate market requirements into well-scoped stories and features with customers and engineering leads.
• Drive prioritization of roadmap themes that drive YoY revenue growth, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Own product readiness for releases, including planning, product launch communications, and training materials.
• Partner with sales on demos, POCs, pricing discussions, and onboarding of new clients.
• Assist with customer training for new tools (e.g., Curve Builder).
• Act as SME in customer discussions, especially in market risk metrics (e.g., VaR), simulations, trade optimization, and compliance workflows.
