Accenture, a leading global professional services company, seeks a Senior Manager Client Account Lead (CAL) to drive strategic accounts in the CMT practice from Madrid, with a hybrid work model. You will manage executive relationships, shape growth plans, and orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver technology-enabled transformations.

The role requires 8+ years in strategic accounts, English C1+, and a university degree in a related field.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in strategic account leadership, business development, technology consulting, or senior client-facing roles.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing executive client relationships and driving commercial growth within large-scale accounts.
• Experience leading strategic engagements within Telecommunications, Media, Technology, or closely related industries.
• Experience owning revenue targets, pipeline development, account planning, and growth strategies.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across consulting, technology, operations, and business functions.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic Communications, Media & Technology accounts with multi-year growth plans.
• Drive revenue expansion by shaping complex opportunities across consulting, technology, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-level executives on digital transformation and operating model evolution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute integrated account plans covering commercial strategy and pipeline.
• Oversee account financial performance, risk, and profitability.
• Mentor and develop senior talent within the organization.
