Job summary

PandaDoc Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This on-site role is based at A Coruña, Galicia, ES, with responsibility for budgets, schedules and multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in civil infra PM, strong technical and leadership skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and CAD. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; relocation to A Coruña is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is highly advantageous.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management for civil/infra projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and CAD tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and completion of major civil engineering projects.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Manage teams, subcontractors and consultants to high performance.
• Monitor risks and maintain budget and schedule compliance.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Interface with clients, regulators and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and project evaluations.
