Job summary

PandaDoc Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This on-site role is based at A Coruña, Galicia, ES, with responsibility for budgets, schedules and multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in civil infra PM, strong technical and leadership skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and CAD. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; relocation to A Coruña is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is highly advantageous.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management for civil/infra projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and CAD tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of major civil engineering projects.

• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong specialization in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects with multi-million euro budgets and complex logistical challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant legal frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD software.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to A Coruña, Galicia, ES for this on-site role.
