Job summary

Factorial is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil engineering projects based at our offices and sites in A Coruña, Galicia, ES. The role demands extensive experience from concept to completion, strong technical and financial oversight, and proven leadership for on-site project management.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, coordinating design and construction, managing teams and contractors, and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in civil/infra.
• Experience managing multi-million euro budgets.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and CAD software.
• Spanish fluency; English a plus.

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of major civil engineering projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant legal frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD software.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to A Coruña, Galicia, ES for this on-site role.
