Asenium is looking for a SAP Internal Business Solution Analyst based in Spain to support the KPI Financial Forward initiative. You will design specifications, configure and test SAP BW/SAC solutions, and collaborate across agile teams to ensure alignment with business needs.

The ideal candidate has engineering background and SAP BW/SAC expertise, with experience in S4 HANA integrations and end-to-end solution delivery. Join a SAFe agile environment and drive performance improvements.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• SAP BW/SAP SAC experience at senior/advanced/junior level.
• Familiar with SAP S/4HANA connections and data extractors.

Responsabilidades

• Create comprehensive business specifications from functional and technical inputs.
• Configure, develop, and test SAP BW/SAC solutions based on business needs.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle of the KPI Financial Forward initiative.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (SAFe) and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide training and support to end users during UAT and production.

SAP Internal Business Solution Analyst (SAP SAC)

Asenium is looking for a SAP Internal Business Solution Analyst for a team based in Spain.

The purpose is to support our team in the “KPI Financial Forward” initiative and will collaborate during the end-to-end lifecycle of the solution.

In this role you:

• Create comprehensive business specifications using feedback from the function and technical teams.
• Deliver detailed business specifications based on the inputs of the function and technical teams.
• Contribute to the design of the application, identifying and resolving the discrepancies between business needs and software capabilities.
• Handle requirements outside of the software’s standard functionality, which may require custom development.
• Confirm the accuracy of the functional requirements with the business team to verify that the solution satisfies their expectations.
• Configure, develop, and test solutions in SAP BW/SAC as per business needs.
• Facilitate and improve integration withSAP modules (S4 HANA connections and extractors).
• Validate technical requirements and assist development team in software implementation.
• Run comprehensive tests and facilitate integration withSAP modules.
• Provide training and support to end users in UAT and Production environment.
• Manage the transport of the developments to production using the SAP Solution Manager
• Document the enhancements and communicate the changes to the relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze the root causes of failure and performance issues and propose enhancements to prevent recurrence and optimize performance.
• Provide functional/technical support for the application (customer/production) by responding to requests from second level support in a timely and effective manner.
• Implement and test the enhancements following the best practices and standards.
• Create and maintain documentation related to functional requirements as a contribution to application design.
• Generate reports for the validation of data and for the final users (using the different front-end tools: SAC, AFO), data models and automatic loading mechanisms (process chains).
• Create user documentation and training materials that explain the application features and functions.
• Distribute documentation and materials to the target users and collect feedback for improvement.
• Join the Agile Team and take part in the various AGILE ceremonies (SAFe framework).
• Provide clear and timely updates on the deliverables assigned to him/her.
• Detect and suggest solutions for potential risks.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality.
• Follow the best practices and standards of the AGILE methodology.

Deliverables we expect:

• Support with the Analysis and Development of the solution in BW / SAC suite.
• Performing SIT (System Integration Tests) and UAT (User Acceptance tests), supporting the users and the team.
• Training the End Users.
• Hypercare activities after the solution go live.
• Transition of the solution to the production support team.

The ideal candidate

• Engineering Degree (Industrial, Telecom, Computer Science or similar), Physics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent experience .
• SAP BW / SAP SAC – Senior or Advanced or Junior SAP BW Consultant.
