Novartis is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to drive change and adoption for enterprise technology initiatives across global programs. You will own end-to-end change strategies, ensure smooth transitions, and engage stakeholders to achieve sustained user adoption.

The role requires strong leadership in change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR), analytics of adoption metrics, and the ability to design integrated adoption programs with communications, training, and reinforcement activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of change management experience in global organizations.
• Strong expertise in Prosci and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record leading digital/AI-enabled transformations.
• Excellent facilitation and executive workshop experience.
• Strong analytical skills with adoption metrics.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed environments.
• Excellent English communication; tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives for technology and AI transformations.
• Facilitate case-for-change discussions and readiness planning.
• Define, monitor, and report adoption KPIs using feedback and sentiment analysis.
• Design integrated adoption programs with communications, training, and reinforcement.
• Anticipate resistance and mitigate adoption risks.
• Develop playbooks and knowledge-sharing to strengthen organizational capability.
