The Catering Sales Executive at W Hotels leads the full commercial process for all banqueting and event enquiries in Barcelona. You drive revenue, engage luxury clients, and coordinate cross‑department efforts to deliver elevated guest experiences.

As a senior team member, you will steer site inspections, contract negotiations, and wedding planning journeys, ensuring timely responses and flawless execution in line with W Standards.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven track record in luxury hotel sales.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Opera Sales & Catering and PMS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full commercial process for banqueting and events.
• Prospect, engage clients, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate event planning and cross‑department collaboration.
• Manage site inspections and client presentations.
• Oversee deposits and ensure 100% prepayment prior to event arrival.
