Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf is seeking a Buying Manager in Madrid to define and implement omnichannel buying strategies for the Jersey category. This role offers the opportunity to create inspiring assortments while driving vendor success and optimizing performance.

The ideal candidate brings significant buying experience, is strategic and passionate about fashion, and communicates effectively in Spanish. Proficiency in MS Office, along with knowledge of SAP or Oracle, is advantageous.

• Optimize Performance: Manage drop strategies, product lifecycles, and inventory while analyzing sales performance and market trends for data‑driven adjustments in real time.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Strengths: Strategic, business‑minded, deeply passionate about fashion, understanding consumer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and using data to make smart decisions.
• Profile: Significant buying experience, ideally in Knits or similar fast‑fashion categories; skilled negotiator, highly organized, excellent communicator in Spanish, proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP or Oracle and additional languages such as English or German is a plus.
