Job summary
Allianz Services in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive the early phases of the Business Master Platform rollout. You will provide guidance on requirements engineering and process modelling, ensuring alignment across business and IT streams for multiple product teams and markets.
You will collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and local Operating Entities, helping shape the backlog and readiness for the global BMP rollout while ensuring local market needs are
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in business analysis or digital transformation.
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups (PMs, Architects, IT teams).
- Strong knowledge of Insurance Sales processes or large-scale sales platforms.
- Proven early-phase delivery setup (Sprint 0).
- Advanced BPMN/process modelling and workshop facilitation.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements, scope, and bundles for Sprint 0.
- Lead end-to-end process mapping and impact assessments.
- Facilitate workshops with global/local stakeholders to gather insights.
- Translate business needs into structured, validated requirements.
- Support Product Owners in shaping the product backlog.
- Drive early testing readiness and define data requirements.
- Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
