Job summary

FCM is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape the Reshopping program across Barcelona or London. You will gather evidence from markets and vendors to decide on markets, partners, and what to build. You will work with the Program Leader and Product Managers in hotel and air streams, influencing strategic decisions and roadmaps.

You will report to the Program Leader, Reshopping, collaborating across regions with a focus on delivering measurable impact in cost optimization and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis with unknown outcomes.
• Proven discovery: structured conversations with customers and vendors.
• Experience evaluating vendors for capability and integration cost.
• Background in corporate travel or travel tech.
• Fluent in hotel and air content, rates and rules.
• Strong data-driven measurement methods.
• Able to present evidence vs beliefs clearly.
• Willing to work across multiple markets/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and document market specifics for reshopping offerings.
• Research customer needs across large-market and SME programs.
• Map vendor landscape for cost optimization and integration.
• Define reshopping value chain and build decision basis.
• Build and monitor financial KPIs for the offering.
• Document dependencies and delivery plan.
• Stay updated on new tech and propose alternatives.
• Support inclusive and safe team environment.
