Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Air Reshopping, based in Barcelona or London, with hybrid/remote options. You will own product strategy, roadmaps and the commercial model, guiding AI-enabled automation to improve savings for major corporate travel programs.

Lead cross-functional teams across regions, define KPI metrics, and drive market-by-market rollout while aligning with executive leadership and travel consultants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning a product and roadmap end-to-end.
• Proven at building commercial models for new offerings and evolving them as products mature.
• Experience using AI or automation to enhance workflows or product operations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the product strategy — the purpose, ambition and direction of the domain — and communicate it clearly across the business.
• Translate strategy into clear product roadmaps and prioritized requirements that enable the Tech team to design and size solutions and deliver.
• Own and evolve the commercial model, so that the value created for customers is also value realized for the business.
• Shape global GTM and rollout sequencing, working closely with the delivery leader, market by market.
