Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Hotel Reshopping in Barcelona or London, with hybrid/remote options. You will own the product strategy, drive automation, and lead cross-functional teams across travel partners and tech to optimize post-booking savings.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, experience with commercial models, and AI/API-driven strategies. Global rollout and remote collaboration are key components of this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management ownership with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience building commercial models and evolving them as products mature.
• Track record automating processes within a product to improve customer value.
• Ability to align data and process handoffs across teams.
• Strong ability to explain complex topics to varied stakeholders.
• Grounded in corporate travel or travel technology with related economics knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product strategies and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the product strategy and ensure clear communication across the business.
• Maintain informed view of post-booking cost optimization market to differentiate.
• Lead ongoing research on consultant needs, customer expectations and trends.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps and prioritized requirements for the Tech team.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across customers, prospects and execs.
• Own and evolve the commercial model to maximize value for customers and business.
• Shape global GTM and rollout sequencing by market and local requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate and apply AI enablement where appropriate.
• Monitor quality and savings metrics and ensure integrity of methods.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for the team.
