You will map and inventory reports, conduct structured interviews, identify gaps, and translate needs into clear requirements. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with strong growth prospects and exposure to Fortune 500 projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business analysis and requirements-management experience.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops.
• Experience assessing and rationalizing an existing reporting or analytics portfolio.
• Translate complex business needs into structured requirements.
• Develop process maps, requirements docs, reporting inventories, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive inventory of existing reports, dashboards, metrics, and related artifacts.
• Research historical reporting to understand original needs, audience, and use cases.
• Assess reporting for relevance, duplication, usability, and ongoing value.
• Identify gaps and reports no longer serving purpose.
• Provide recommendations to retain, enhance, consolidate, replace, or decommission reports.
• Define stakeholder groups and personas for reporting consumption.
