Zusammenfassung

Capitole is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to join an international Insurance project focused on motor claims management and digitalisation. You will bridge business needs with IT teams to translate requirements into clear user stories and APIs specifications.

You will work across business and customers with global software teams, facilitating workshops, refining the backlog, and ensuring traceability from definition to delivery within an agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner or similar role in Insurance/Claims Management.
• Experience with BPMN and translating business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria and scope.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations, XML/JSON interfaces.

Aufgaben

• Lead and facilitate discovery and requirements workshops with customers and business stakeholders.
• Analyse and structure requirements related to motor claims and insurance processes.
• Define AS-IS / TO-BE processes, scope, dependencies and business rules.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements documentation.
• Define business requirements for APIs and system integrations.
• Manage and refine the initiative backlog, supporting prioritisation according to business value and dependencies.
• Work closely with international software development teams throughout implementation.
• Ensure requirements are complete, consistent and traceable from definition through delivery.
• Support UAT and business acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Maintain documentation using Jira and Confluence.
