Job summary

SET Europa is seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst to join a major core system transformation project for the Benelux market. You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions while ensuring seamless integration across systems.

You will analyse business processes, gather requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery and documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, especially in core system transformation or modernization projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical specs and BRDs.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and delivery teams to validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Conduct fit/gap assessments and identify system dependencies, risks and integration points.
• Perform end-to-end analysis across multiple systems including payments, accounting and data flows.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and delivery teams to validate solutions.
