Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Finance & E-Invoicing to join an international team in Spain. You will bridge business needs and technology, optimize financial processes, and support strategic decision-making across Finance and IT stakeholders.

With 5+ years in business analysis, you will analyze financial workflows, drive automation, and document requirements for digital transformation projects. Fluent English is mandatory for collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Finance, financial systems, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, business analysis, and requirements documentation.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and technology solutions.
• Knowledge of e-invoicing processes and financial workflows is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project delivery, and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, working with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze existing financial processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Support the analysis and improvement of financial workflows and e-invoicing-related processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet objectives.
• Assist project managers in defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply industry best practices.
