The role focuses on translating business needs into technical specs, gathering requirements, and driving agile delivery with close collaboration among business, operational and technical teams.

• 8–10 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• English level C1 and native Spanish.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and performing process mapping.
• Experience creating business requirements and user stories.
• Ability to operate in an agile environment from discovery to delivery.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Understand business objectives, processes and challenges and translate them into actionable technical requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers and QA teams
• Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops
• Create user stories, process maps and supporting documentation
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Organise and facilitate sprint demos with stakeholders
• Support solution implementation, testing, training and business adoption activities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, performance and user experience
