Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for DEWALT Tools & Solutions. The role focuses on shaping market introductions and campaigns across EMEA ANZ, turning product innovation into compelling markets and building brand excellence.

You’ll lead end-to-end launches, collaborate with Product and Commercial teams, and develop insight-driven platforms that drive awareness and growth for professional end users across multiple channels.

Formación

• Significant experience in brand management and/or integrated marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver brand strategies and campaigns at scale.
• Experience leading complex product launches and multi-channel marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end launch of new products and key campaigns across DEWALT portfolio in EMEA ANZ.
• Own go-to-market planning with Product and Commercial teams, on time and on brand.
• Develop insight-led campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Create, localize and deploy launch assets across channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital, Shopper Marketing and global brand teams.
• Engage regional markets with launch toolkits and activation support.
• Build brand excellence by embedding best practices and coaching teams.
