IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, seeks a skilled .NET Development Lead to join our global engineering team. You will own and review designs, lead code reviews, mentor the team, and ensure secure, scalable .NET solutions.

Expect production support duties and collaboration across time zones with Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining .NET apps, troubleshooting production issues, and driving CI/CD improvements to enhance deployment pipelines and code quality

Formación

• Strong experience with .NET technologies and web APIs.
• Ability to design, review and own code and architecture.
• Experience leading cross-border engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C#, .NET Core/4.8+ and Web API.
• Lead design and code reviews, mentor the team, and ensure best practices and security.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot live environments, and handle off-hours incidents.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders across time zones.
• Drive CI/CD improvements, automation, and release processes.
