Formación

• Strong experience with Java stack including SpringBoot and Liquidbase.
• Proven experience leading backend initiatives across multiple teams.
• Solid understanding of Java and Postgres performance and database modeling.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical direction.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the backend vision across teams.
• Lead and support backend engineers to ensure impactful delivery.
• Ensure backend delivery is predictable, scalable, and high quality.
• Align backend work with frontend and platform constraints.
