IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a skilled and proactive .NET Development Lead to join our global engineering team. You will develop, review, and maintain .NET applications while guiding the team and owning designs, code, and security best practices.

You will collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Architects, and other engineers across time zones, participate in release planning and CI/CD improvements, and provide production support to ensure reliable software for our clients.

Formación

• Proven track record in designing and developing .NET applications.
• Experience leading code reviews and mentoring teams.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and release management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core/.NET 4.8+, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).
• Drive design and code reviews, and own code quality and security practices.
• Provide production support, including off-hours incident handling and RCA.
