Roche in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a senior software professional to own the full software development lifecycle for high-performance C# applications while serving as Scrum Master. This hybrid role (75/25) will drive agile practices across cross-functional teams and leverage AI-assisted tools to boost code quality and team efficiency.

You will design and implement code and tests, plan and deliver work, and lead code reviews, with a strong emphasis on ambiguity navigation and patient-impacting

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0.
• Proficient in SQL Server design and Entity Framework.
• Git/GitHub knowledge and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with AI-assisted tools across the development lifecycle.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• CSM or PSM I certification and at least 2 years as Scrum Master for a software team.

Responsabilidades

• Own full software development lifecycle for high-performance C# applications.
• Act as Scrum Master to facilitate progress, remove blockers, and promote transparency.
• Design and implement code and unit/subsystem tests based on requirements and architecture.
• Plan, estimate, and deliver work within the development team with proactive communication.
• Conduct reviews of own and peers’ code and assess design, usability, and performance.
• Foster continuous improvement through agile practices and empowerment.
