Rover is seeking a senior backend engineer to own the Booking Experience backend in Barcelona. You will work with seven full-stack engineers, focusing on fast, intuitive booking flows and safe, scalable systems.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to ship features, mentor peers, and apply AI tools to improve code quality and velocity in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a professional software engineer, with a strong track record of delivering backend systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services powering the booking flow.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, and data science to ship features.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and mentoring.
• Utilize AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
