Roche in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a senior software professional to own the full software development lifecycle for high-performance C# applications while serving as Scrum Master. This hybrid role (75/25) will drive agile practices across cross-functional teams and leverage AI-assisted tools to boost code quality and team efficiency.

You will design and implement code and tests, plan and deliver work, and lead code reviews, with a strong emphasis on ambiguity navigation and patient-impacting

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0.
• Proficient in SQL Server design and Entity Framework.
• Git/GitHub knowledge and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with AI-assisted tools across the development lifecycle.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• CSM or PSM I certification and at least 2 years as Scrum Master for a software team.

In this role you will own the full software development lifecycle for high-performance C# applications while serving as a Scrum Master. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid 75/25 setup to deliver robust software and empower the development team through Agile practices. You will tackle ambiguity, apply modern AI-assisted tools, and drive code quality and team efficiency in pursuit of Roche’s mission to advance healthcare. This position places you at the intersection of software engineering and agile leadership to create meaningful patient impact.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (feasibility, design, coding, testing, maintenance)
• Design and implement code and unit/subsystem tests based on requirements and architecture
