MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Senior AI-First Full-Stack Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of an AI-powered healthcare workforce platform. You will shape the product stack across frontend and backend, using TypeScript/React on the frontend and Java/Kotlin/Python/Go on the backend, with deployments in AWS or GCP.

A hands-on, autonomous role in a founder-led environment with significant ownership over product decisions and security for healthcare

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ownership of production web applications from frontend through backend and deployment.
• Strong TypeScript experience with React or similar frontend framework.
• Experience with backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience designing schemas for complex workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production web applications end to end.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and product workflows.
• Build modern user experiences using TypeScript and React.
• Develop backend services using Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or related technologies.
• Design robust SQL schemas for complex, real-time operational workflows.
• Deploy and operate applications in AWS or GCP environments.
• Use AI coding assistants as part of the daily software-development workflow with strong review practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Take ownership of technical outcomes from problem definition to production operation.
• Build secure and reliable systems handling sensitive healthcare information.
