Plenit is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer (Go) to help build and scale the server-side layer of our cloud platform. You will design, implement, and operate backend services and APIs, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, work on distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and data models, and participate in architectural decisions that influence the platform across multiple countries and workloads.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production Go backend experience and familiarity with Go fundamentals.
• Experience designing backend services in distributed architectures.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API-first systems.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Comfort with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go.
• Participate in architectural decisions balancing scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Product, and Platform teams.
• Build observable, reliable services with proper error handling and retries.
• Write tests, perform code reviews, and maintain documentation.
