Abacum in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for the integrations team. You will move across languages and ecosystems, designing scalable integration solutions that connect ERP, billing, and HRIS systems.

You will own data-heavy workflows, build low-code tooling, and collaborate with product, finance experts, and customers to translate complex processes into reliable software, driving adoption and performance across our platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, 2+ in integrations roles.
• Hands-on depth in Python and modern backend systems.
• Experience architecting or working on integrations platforms or large-scale APIs.

Responsibilities

• Move across multiple languages and ecosystems to adapt integration code.
• Work with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, SSO, SAML, and token flows securely.
• Lead the design and development of Abacum's integrations platform.
