Haddock seeks a seasoned integrations engineer to own and scale data integrations, collaborate with customers, and drive architecture decisions. You will contribute to building observability, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows within a fast-paced startup. This hybrid Barcelona role emphasizes autonomy and impact.

You will work closely with product and customers to deliver reliable integrations and improve our tooling while embracing Lean Startup and Agile principles.

Formación

• 3+ years of engineering experience in scaling SaaS.
• Experience building and maintaining different kinds of integrations.
• Good judgement for data modelling, system design, and software architecture patterns.
• Very good use of AI tooling with productive use of AI.
• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English.
