Affinity (CRM) in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the One Platform team and help drive the technical roadmap and implementation of Internal and External API layers, the 3rd party integration platform, and access management systems.

The role is hub‑hybrid, with team members in-office 2 days per week, collaborating across engineering, product, and design to deliver reliable, scalable software that meets customer expectations.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years as a senior member.
• Experience with web APIs and backend services using modern OOP.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and performance bottlenecks.
• Comfortable troubleshooting across network, app, caching, queues, and storage.
