Jobgether is seeking a Backend Engineer - Extensions in Spain to build and scale backend systems powering AI-driven capabilities for enterprise apps. You will own reliable, high-performance workflows and collaborate with data scientists to turn ideas into production-grade services.

You will design distributed workflows, optimize latency and throughput, and contribute to architectural decisions while promoting best practices and maintainable code.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and production-scale services.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency models and workflow orchestration patterns.
• Experience delivering observable, reliable, scalable backend solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end reliability, scalability, and performance of backend extension capabilities.
• Design and maintain distributed workflows for enterprise deployments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve latency, throughput, and ops efficiency.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and backend infrastructure evolution.
• Develop clean, well-tested Python code and maintain documentation.
