Job summary

ISAGRI in Spain is seeking a senior backend developer to join a fully remote engineering team focused on the LEX, EFACT and Agroptima platforms. You will work mainly on backend systems, with opportunities to contribute to frontend or infrastructure when needed.

We value over 5 years of backend experience, microservices, and a passion for testing and pair programming. Fluent Spanish and good written English are required, and Django, RoR, or Phoenix experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Experience with micro-services and distributed systems.
• Some experience with functional programming.
• Collaborative person: a humble team player that likes to learn and teach.
• Fluent in Spanish and good written English.
• Love pair programming and testing (TDD).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend development and API design.
• Collaborate across the stack including frontend and infra when required.
• Participate in fast-release cycles and code reviews.
