Viking EMEA is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to act as a vital link between B2B customers, outside sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders in Spain. You will manage accounts, drive quote conversion, and oversee order execution from quotation to final delivery.

You will coordinate with sales to grow market share, optimize quote follow-ups in HubSpot, and ensure smooth, reliable business interactions across Spain and Portugal.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in a commercial, customer service or inside sales environment (ideally B-to-B).
• Technical background or experience.
• Solid SAP experience.
• Experience or understanding of Supply Chain.
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Some knowledge about international trade would be an advantage.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; strong verbal and written communication.
• Fast learner, dynamic and agile multi-tasker.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a bridge between customer and key stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
• Create accurate commercial quotations, input data into HubSpot, and follow-ups.
• Provide first-level technical product support and capture market intelligence.
• Oversee the customer journey from inquiry to order booking to warehouse coordination and invoicing.
