Viking EMEA in Spain is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to act as a vital link between our B2B customers, outside sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders. You will manage accounts, drive quote conversion, and oversee order execution from quotation to delivery.

Located in an office-based role with occasional visits to Spain and Portugal, you will build trusted relationships, input data into HubSpot, prepare accurate quotations, and support cross-selling while ensuring fast

Formación

• 3+ years experience in a commercial, customer service or inside sales role (ideally B2B).
• Technical background or knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP and supply chain concepts is preferred.
• Excellent Spanish and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a bridge between customers and key stakeholders to enhance experience.
• Build trust with a portfolio of EMEA accounts and input data into HubSpot.
• Create accurate commercial quotations and manage follow-ups.
• Provide first-level technical product support and share market insights with the sales team.
• Oversee order management from quote to invoicing and coordinate with logistics.
